FEATURES

THE FRAME

The braaapster maestro runs a full alloy frame, which means its light weight and very strong, the frame is designed to hold up to an adult rider. The finish of the frame looks outstanding. You will notice that the design of the frame allows the air filter to be tucked away under the tank where it is sheltered from mud and water.

The frame is that good we built the whole braaapster maestro around it!

The peg mounts are lower, which gives the rider more leg room. The engine has 3 mounting point’s for strength and stability. We have optional mounting points for the rear shock; this allows you to alter the handling of the bike to suit different tracks and riders.

SUSPENSION

The braaapster maestro is designed for some crazy riding, the suspension plays majorly in how the bike handles big jumps, rough tracks and fast riding.

The best thing about the suspension on the maestro is it is fully adjustable; it can be adjusted as easy as winding a spring and turning the adjuster knobs. The suspension can be soft enough for a light young person to ride then you can turn around and adjust the knobs so it will hold a 100kg rider comfortably. Great if you’re sharing the bike with the family and even better if you’re a racer who needs to adjust the suspension to each track and keep lap times as low as possible.

The braaapster maestro offers adjustments to every part of the suspension, front and rear, you have over 20 clicks on the bottom of each fork leg, 20 clicks on the top of each leg and another 6 compression clicks on each leg. The rear has a heap of clicks for compression and a heap of clicks on the rebound. You can simply make the bike as hard or as soft as you like and return as fast or as slow as you like.

Components

The braaapster maestro cuts no corners with its components.
The maestro is littered with CNC billet alloy parts, from engine dress up kits for bling and good looks to the triple clamps ,hubs and kick starter for top level function. The maestro has oversized hubs and axles for strength and heavy duty spokes to ensure the wheels can hold up to the rest of the bikes standard. Everything down to the top of the range levers, on the fly clutch adjusters, billet fuel cap and breather, billet chain blocks and chain guide. The maestro has a heavy duty chain, strengthened bolts and threads and a full racing exhaust with billet end cap.

Engine

At braaap© we let you choose your engine size; the maestro has an option of a 140cc or a 150cc engine. Both come standard with our reinforced gearbox and heavy duty clutch. We source the best engines, one important fact is that there may be engines that look similar to ours but the difference is in the quality and the strength of the components inside and what they are made of. We pulled a gear box out an engine that looked similar to ours and put it next to our gear box, both looked very similar until we smashed the hammer into it and the cheap one crumbled and the braaap© product stood up to the test… this is why we do metal testing, this is why we are the best and this is why your braaapster will out last and out perform the rest!

The braaap© engine is a 4 stroke horizontal engine manufactured to our standards.
When you purchase your braaap© talk to us about which engine is best for you. The 140cc is a powerful engine but it has a smooth power curve which is great for learner’s to build their skills on but the engine rev’s hard and the more experienced rider or racer will love what the engine does, its fast but predictable, its a great all rounder!

The 150cc is a pure race bread engine, it runs an aggressive cam, has valve springs, a full outer rotor kit for a sharp power curve, this thing is so fast you will wonder why we put a front wheel in the bike. The 150cc engine is defiantly for the more aggressive rider and you will love it!

Remember when you buy a braaap you get to choose any sticker kit and any plastics colour in store… you customize it for free!!! Have a look through our site and think about what colour and sticker kit combo you like!

We are developing tracks all round the place braaap© club which is for all aged riders of this type of pit bike. Riders join to hang out together and to ride or race. braaap© Club is officially affiliated with Motorcycling Australia, the countries biggest motorcycling body. This means we can hold race days, ride days and coaching days for riders.

Recently team braaap© finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th in the Victorian Motard Championships; gained podium finish in the National Mini Supercross also held in Victoria and has clean swept everything in Tasmania. braaap© is working on building the mini scene Australia wide.

We under-promise and over-deliver in both service and product. Our level of customer service and quality of our products is what sells our bikes. We have a great following from our customers and many of our sales are word of mouth. The fact that our bikes are designed in Australia and manufactured to the highest standard means quality control and performance exceeds customers’ expectations.
