I very impressed with the professional and expert help and service I received from all of your staff

Hi Guys & Gals
About a month ago I purchased two Braapster Pro bikes for my 12 year old twin girls (at least I think they are girls!)
Firstly I want to comment on how I very impressed with the professional and expert help and service I received from all of your staff not only on the day of the purchase but every visit since as there has been a few.
Unfortunately a week later we had an unusual and unfortunate problem with one of the bikes which soon wiped the smile off of our faces, especially from one particular young rider as it was leaving her without her bike for the weekend which a special day of riding had been arranged.
I admit I was far from happy and more than likely very difficult to deal with I'm sure (sorry Jason and Brad) but again the staff at Braaap displayed nothing but professionalism and soon rectified the problem and quickly. I must admit you all far exceeded my expectations and literally went to extremes to resolve the problem. Minor setbacks have happened since - that's Karma biting me in the butt! - but again the owner and staff were on the ball and fixed the problems to our complete satisfaction.
A special mention and thanks goes to Brad and Jason, both who dealt with me during a very unpleasant situation ( namely me ) but with a professionalism and patience that I have not encountered in a very long time. It is very comforting to see there is a business that really takes pride in what they manufacture, sell and how they sell it and that it isn't all about making money, but making the customer truly happy with what they have purchased.
Thanks Guys, may I say that the best form of advertising is word of mouth and you all certainly get highest ratings from the Wiggins Family.
