The braaapster Pro Factory Daytona has been developed in partnership with our French manufacturing partners. We design and test the bike together here in Aus as well as in the US and Europe. It is designed to braaap specs and standards and manufactured by our French partners. The assembley process is completed by AUS mechanics. This bike has been tested by some of the best riders on the planet – names like AMA Supercross Star Christoph Pourcell, Freestyle Motocross Legend Mat Rebeaud, and world motocross Champion Marvin Musquin. The attention to detail has been our main focus when building this bike. We have molded many new parts to build this bike into one of the best superlite bikes on the planet.

The Frame
The braaap Pro Factory Daytona runs a single pillar designed lightweight steel frame built on years of technology and tested to prove to be one of the strongest and best set up in the industry.
The Suspension
The Pro Factory Daytona is designed for some crazy riding! With a fully adjustable front and rear suspension, it can be easily adjusted to be soft enough for a light young person to ride, then you can crank it up to hold a 120kg rider comfortably. Great for prepping any member of the family for a competition, or perfect fine tuning for your next race.
The Components
The Pro Factory Daytona cuts no corners with its components. The Pro Factory Daytona is littered with CNC billet alloy parts, from engine dress up kits for bling and good looks to the triple clamps, hubs and kick starter for top level function. The Pro Factory Daytona has oversized hubs and axles for strength, and heavy duty spokes to ensure the wheels can hold up to the rest of the bike’s standard. Everything from top of the range levers, on-the-fly clutch adjusters, billet fuel cap and breather, to billet chain blocks and chain guide. The Pro Factory Daytona has a heavy duty chain, strengthened bolts and threads, and a full racing exhaust.
The Engine
The Michael Blose signature superlite is powered by the award winning Daytona 150cc air cooled motor. With the engineering that goes into the Daytona motor, you will feel the brute power with a smooth torque curve. Manual clutch and a four up gear box will link the power house to the ground as you rip up the track and trails. All though the Pro Factory Daytona does not need any upgrades to place you on the podium at the track, braaap does offer several enhancements to create the horsepower you want to achieve.
