When you shop at braaaponline.com.au we are confident that the products you purchase will be of a high quality and are sure that your shopping experience will be superior.
Our returns policy:
We don’t have to give you a refund if you change your mind. But we must help if the item you buy:
• is faulty or unsafe
• doesn’t match the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would
• doesn’t do what you asked for
For any issues with your item we can either repair it within a reasonable time, give you store credit or an exchange. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Making a Return
If you need to return a product to us for refund or exchange because it is faulty, damaged or the incorrect product , please call us on 1300braaap to get a Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post).
You can then return the item through one of our carriers or Australia Post using our Reply Paid address (full instructions appear on the returns form).
Refunds
Braaaponline.com.au will only process a refund if:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product
We will refund both the product and postage and handling fee. Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
Exchanges
To complete an exchange, please call us on 1300braaap to get a Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post).
Once you have received the form the original item can be returned to us (instructions appear on the returns form).
