Welcome to the braaap family!
You place the order for a new braaapster online – What happens next?
1) First thing we do is call you to confirm your order, type of bike and sticker kits and any other extra’s.
2) Your new braaapster is pre-delivered by our braaap accredited mechanics in one of our stores nearest to your location.
3) Your chosen plastics/sticker kits are installed.
4) Any other options you chose during the check out process are installed
5) All bolts are lock-tightened and greased up, we start the bike, tune it and make sure everything is running smooth as
6) Then we pull the handle bars off and front wheel out and put the bikes in a protective crate.
7) Your bike is shipped by one of our accredited couriers direct to your door
When the bike arrives we have a video for you to watch on how to put the front wheel in (Very Easy) and how to put the handle bars back on (very easy). This is a simple process and we have mechanics on line all day that are here to help.
Other Shipping
All other items are shipped either via Australia post or by one of our accredited couriers, Stock availability depending – we normally ship within 48hrs.
